Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and www.mollysmixtures.co.uk will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation policy. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing, weight or product description error
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions
- If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services Representatives
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Delivery
All deliveries will be made to the address stated at point of order. Any request for change of delivery address once the goods have been dispatched may incur an additional cost payable by the buyer.
Due to the varying weights and destinations of our parcels, we use a combination of Royal Mail and courier companies for delivery to our customers. Where a delivery has not been completed a card will be left at the premises and it is the responsibility of the recipient to make contact with the distribution company to arrange re-delivery or collection.
Contract Cancellation
Please note that you have the right to cancel with us providing the items have not been despatched.
Description of Products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
Substitutions
Molly’s Mixtures reserve the right to substitute any product unavailable at point of dispatch and where possible this will be of a similar product type and value.
Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All prices displayed on this site are in GBP Sterling.
Full payment must be paid in advance of any item being shipped. All invoices will be sent electronically at time of dispatch.
Ingredients
If you have any specific dietary requirements please click here to enquire on full ingredients prior to ordering. Should you order from us and then find the product not suitable a refund cannot be offered.
Returns
If you have a damaged or faulty product we will refund it if you tell us within 7 days of order.
If you have ordered the wrong product in error or simply do not like it, we cannot accept returns for food and safety regulations.
